PRO CHEM MOSS AND GRIME
REMOVAL Chemical Cleaning |
| |
Our environmentally
safe chemical (not harmful to spouting, paintwork)
will decompose and lift moss, dirt and lichen. Weather
action over a period of time (usually twelve months)
will remove the debris leaving your roof clean and
free of damaging and unsightly moss and lichen. Final
appearances can vary depending on age, composition,
and colour of the surface, at this stage of its life. |
 |
MOSS PROOFING - 2 year Guarantee |
| |
Once your roof has
weathered sufficiently with chemical cleaning (some
root residue can remain at this stage) this treatment
should be applied to inhibit re-growth. You need never
re-clean your roof provided this treatment is reapplied
every two years, before re-growth is apparent.
We do not guarantee the south facing sides of roofs
with a pitch in excess of 40 degrees or frequently
shaded and damp areas. |
