Joe Pickering
With three years at the Taranaki branch, Joe has a diverse background, working in Auckland and Tauranga. Starting as a roof sprayer, he now leads the branch. His entrepreneurial experience and commitment to personal development make him a versatile professional. Joe's dedication to safety, customer satisfaction, and exceptional workmanship drives our branch's success.
Carl Burgoyne
Carl joined our specialist roof and gutter branch in 2019 and is an LBP roofer. Carl’s responsibilities include scoping, scheduling, and training.
Allan
Allan has been maintaining and treating roofs in the Auckland region since 1992 and takes pride in the consistency and quality of our service.
Rebecca
Rebecca joined our Auckland Branch in 2009 as an Administrator. Since then, she has held several management roles with our Administration, IT, Scaffolding, and Roof Treatment teams before being promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. She is currently our Auckland Branch Manager.
Michael MacDonald
Michael brings nine months of sales experience and a passion for customer service. Specializing in roofing maintenance solutions, he excels in teamwork and values the mentorship of our branch manager, Joe Pickering. Michael's dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
Sean Latimer
Sean joined our Auckland roofing/guttering branch in 2020 as a supervisor after returning to New Zealand after working overseas. Sean responsibilities include on site management, quality control and training.
Joel
Joel joined our Nelson Branch in 2017 as one of our Metal Roofing and Roof Treatment Operators.
Mike Elmes
Mike, with us since August 2017, brings extensive sales expertise from a career starting in 1996. Renowned for his commitment to customer service and roofing maintenance solutions, he values work-life balance. Mike's dedication, expertise, and positive attitude make him indispensable to Edwards and Hardy Taranaki.
Sam Roberton
Sam joined the roofing/guttering team in 2019 as a senior roofer/gutter installer. He has extensive roofing and guttering experience and completed his apprenticeship in July 2024.
Christian James
Christian joined the roofing/guttering team in 2019 as a Senior roofer/gutter installer. He specialises in Lindab gutter installations while undertaking a roofing apprenticeship. Christian will complete his apprenticeship in July 2024.
Wayne
Wayne joined our Auckland Branch in 2015 as part of our Edge Protection team. He is now the Manager of our GoldEdge business, which provides Edge Protection and Scaffolding support to our Operators.
Wayne
Wayne joined our Auckland Branch in 1999 as a Roof Coater. Since then, he has held various Operator, Sales, Quality Control, H&S, and Management roles within the Company, and he is currently our Rotorua Branch Manager.
Nathan Upfold
Nathan Joined the roofing/guttering team in 2022 as an apprentice roofer/gutter installer. He is now a senior gutter installer, having installed gutters on over 50 properties. He will complete his roofing apprenticeship in 2025.
Dean
Dean joined our Auckland Branch in 2013 as part of our roof maintenance team. Since then, he has held several roles, and he is currently our Auckland Auditor and Scoping Manager.
Steve
Steve joined our Auckland Branch as a Concrete Tile Repair Operator in 2015 and is now the Supervisor of this team.
Kirsty
Kirsty joined our Auckland Branch in 2010 as an Administrator. Since then, she has held a number of roles within our Administration team, prior to being promoted to the position of Kainga Ora Program Manager. She is now the Auckland Operations Manager for our Roof Replacement program.
Nic
Nic joined our Auckland Branch in 2018 as a Temporary Employee supporting the Kainga Ora program. Since then, she has held several roles within our Administration Team and is now our Roof Treatments Manager.
Gary McNamara
Gary joined Edwards & Hardy in 2015 as our Auckland Manager and was the Regional Manager for our Auckland, North Shore & Northland Branches before becoming our Marketing Manager.
Kristen
Kristen joined our Auckland Branch in 2018 as an Administrator and is now our Kainga Ora Administration Supervisor.
Karl
Karl joined Edwards & Hardy in 2016 as our National Sales Manager and is based out of our Auckland Branch.
Balram
Balram joined our Auckland Branch in 2019 as our Business Development Manager.
Steve
Steve joined Edwards & Hardy in 2005 as a Metal Roofing Supervisor. Since then, he has held a number of Contract Management roles. He is currently our National Auditor and Scoping Manager, based out of our Auckland Branch.
Paul
Paul joined our Christchurch Branch in 1999 as a Roof Treatment Operator. Since then, he has held Coatings Operator and Branch Management roles and is now our Quality & Compliance Supervisor.
Tracey
Tracey joined our Christchurch Branch in 2001 as an Administrator and is now our Administration Manager.
Andrei
Andrei joined our Nelson Branch in 2018 as one of our Sales Representatives. He currently looks after the Wellington region.
Dave
Dave joined our Hamilton Branch in 2008 as a Sales Representative. Dave "hit the ground running" and remains one of our top performers.
