RoofGuard® TileSeal Protection
A preventive treatment for clay and concrete tile roofs that helps seal the tile surface and slow natural weathering.
The RoofGuard® TileSeal can be applied to most clay and concrete tile roofs to seal the exterior surface of the tile and slow down the natural weathering process.
This preventive treatment program is designed to work with our RoofGuard® Moss Proofing product to provide comprehensive roof protection.
- Helps reduce accelerated weathering and deterioration
- Protects tile colour and surface integrity
- Reduces water retention risk on older tiles
- Maintains roof durability at around 10% of recoating cost

Service process
From initial inspection to final completion
A straightforward process that keeps the treatment scope, timing, and final report clear.
We will provide you with a quote based on the extent of work needed to be completed.
After you confirm the work to be carried out, we will schedule a time to complete it.
Following the RoofGuard™ Treatment, you will receive a Visual Appraisal Report.
