Please note that if the source of the leak cannot be identified within a reasonable timeframe, or if there are multiple issues affecting your roof, a follow-up visit may be required. This may involve a separate scope and quote and could include the supply and installation of a tarp. The initial scope and quote are provided at no charge, but any further leak attendance work will be chargeable.
