Evaluation, preparation, coating, and review
Good coating outcomes depend on applying the right scope of work for the roof condition.
We evaluate the roof type, substrate condition, repair history, and previous coatings before providing a coating quote.
Any roof repairs will be quoted separately before the work starts. The roof will then be treatment cleaned and the surface prepared for the coating.
RoofGuard™ Primer is applied to enhance the durability of the coating, followed by two coats of RoofGuard™ TopCoat for maximum protection.
We sign off on our work and provide you with practical maintenance recommendations for the roof moving forward.
